The right specialist for each part of the job
We don’t pretend one firm replaces every professional. A good purchase relies on a team:
-
Mortgage broker / adviser
Finance and your mortgage.
-
Solicitor / conveyancer
Legal checks and conveyancing.
-
Surveyor / valuer
The survey and, if instructed, a formal valuation.
-
Technical specialists
Structure, services or planned works, when needed.
-
Other advisers
Planning, tax or structuring, depending on the purchase.
We spot the issue, bring in the right person, help you understand what they tell you and keep everything moving. Already have your own broker or solicitor? We’ll work with them.
What we don’t do
So you always know where you stand:
- We don’t give legal advice in place of a solicitor.
- We don’t give regulated mortgage advice in place of a broker.
- We don’t give individual tax advice.
- Our price opinion is not a formal RICS valuation.
- We don’t guarantee growth, savings, a mortgage, planning permission or future value.
Knowing the limits of our role – and using the right experts – is part of doing the job properly.
